Called at 7:30 AM, Shelley with 77 Water Well was on site before noon. Diagnosed the problems, gave me an estimate, had parts on the truck. I approved the work and my well was working by 1:30 PM. Awesome craft expertise and service! I definitely recommend them.

77 Well Company is a family-owned operation run by Shelly, with her son, Jordan, working alongside her. They have the highest integrity. Two years ago, Shelly helped me with a situation over the phone. She didn’t have to come out, and she didn’t charge me anything. I never forgot that.

When my well went out earlier this week, I called Shelly, and she said, “I’ll be there around lunchtime.” She showed up as promised and was able to get my well fixed the same day, even though it required an extensive repair. We talked throughout the entire process, and Shelly and Jordan are such great people to work with. I highly recommend 77 Well Company to anyone who needs well service.

My pressure tank blew and I was pretty upset about the whole thing. I contacted Shelley and James at 7:00 AM. They responded right away and assured me that they could fix whatever it was fixed. They were very kind and helpful. They came over right away and had my water well working by noon. I would highly recommend this company for any of your water well needs. This company is top notch!

I had low water pressure and Jordan came out and did a couple of adjustments on my well and fixed my issue. Both Jordan and Shelley were great to work with!

Woke up this Saturday morning to very low water pressure. I called this company and Shelly took my call, within 30 min of the call she was on her way to my house. My pump had to be replaced. No question about it. Her and her husband owner of the company came out and provided the best customer service especially on a Saturday at 9 am. They were able to change my pump and get water back to my house in no time. They will be my forever well company from here on out. Thank you guys for getting my water back on and providing the best customer service. I will be sending clients your way. Thank you again.

Talked to Shelley on the phone. She helped me run through some diagnostics over the phone to see if I could get my well going without a service call. She was very helpful. Jordan ended up coming out about 30 minutes later, finding the problem and replacing the corroded part. Very friendly, fast, and efficient. I will definitely call them the next time we have issues with our well.

I want to give a shout out to 77 Water Well. They installed our well 25 years ago and have serviced it ever since. Over the years there have been many times (including today) where they ask for photos and walk my husband how to fix the problem. When needed they have been out the same day. I am very impressed that they truly just want to help, not just make a buck. Everything they have done for us, well wise had been top quality. I do not know where they come in price wise, but they have been worth every penny. Not very often you can have a 25-year relationship with an honest caring company. Thank you, 77 Water Well!
