Have had the pleasure of working with this company several times. We live in an older farmhouse, so we always dread the worst. When we need something serviced, its usually more cost than planned. This company has always been honest, charging the minimum fee and never tried to sales pitch us on things we don't need. They are kind and spent extra time explaining our well system to us on the first call. Highly recommended!

And again we needed to service our well. The first time we used 77 Water Well was 2 years ago. This is what I wrote then: -Wow. If you need a company to come out to service your well, call Tammy and James at 77 Water Well. There response was fast and very professional. James is extremely thorough and professional. They defiantly knows what they are doing. We have used other service companies before, but no longer! We will always call this company from now on. I can not say enough good things about them. Thank you for coming out to fix our problems with our well.- Yesterday we had NO water. We called (after hours) they came out immediately the next day and promptly fixed the problem. I do not write many reviews, but in this case I can not write enough. They are awesome. I can not recommend them enough! Thank you again James and Tammy..YOU ROCK!!!

Simply the best. Called 15 after closing and planned on leaving a message for the morning. Not only did Shelley answer, she had our well running again in 10 minutes flat. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Shelley and Co deserve 10 stars. 77 Water Well Inc not only know what they are doing, but they are actually open to discussion about your issues. Professional and prompt they do away with the idea that you must 'just trust me because I am the professional' attitude. They are people with a family run business and it makes a difference. Call them. You won't be disappointed.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Professional, prompt, kind, honest and very reasonably priced. I was impressed with the mother daughter team, Shelley and Caroline they were AMAZING!They gave me options and tried to fix our 30 yrold very deep pump. They worked with us until we had to replace. They worked diligently and fast for such a deep well. I can not give enough props to this company. They were the best well company I’ve used and we’ve had many issues with our well since we bought. Shelley and her husband James and daughter were great, walked me through all issues. Gave us options and I’ll definitely never use another water well service. Thank you for bringing our water back.

This company is the BEST. My comparator burned out on my well. I called 77, and the price was good, but the service and information that Shelley gave me was the best she took time to explain why it happened and what to do to prevent it from happening again. They definitely earn a repeat customer from me
